This system works very efficiently and helps keep everything in order through out the process for the sake of a giving the client the best possible solution. Traditional methods usually include a designer, contractor and a separate designer that later splits down to a sub consultant and subcontractor.
The Design-build method helps give the owner the ability to just manage one entity that handles the entire project. This is much easier to do and helps remove the need to communicate with multiple different entities for the sake of sharing that one outcome.
